Capacitive hose sensors/leak detectors

Capacitive hose sensors are a special type of capacitive ring sensor and are used where structural conditions prevent the hose from being routed through a ring. In this case, the hose sensor can be placed around the hose and still reliably detects the liquid. Typical applications for capacitive hose sensors/leak detectors include monitoring cooling circuits, overflow and dry-run protection, fill level determination, and medical technology.…

Temperature & Pressure Sensors

These devices are used to measure and display pressure or temperature. Pressure sensors for non-correcting gases are available for measuring ranges -1 bar to +10 bar, each in a compact housing with a dual display and adjustable response times. The temperature sensors are designed for liquid and pasty media and a measuring range from -40 °C to +120 °C. Depending on the version, digitally switching or analog measuring device types are offered. Hysteresis and temperature windows are each adjustable. In addition, the display of °C (Celsius) in °F (Fahrenheit) can be adjusted.

machine illumination

The machine illumination of the MBL series is characterized by its robust construction and its excellent technical properties.

The extraordinarily high number of built-in LEDs produce a homogeneous light output at 156 lumens/watts, but at the same time prevent multiple shadows.

The PWM input allows for dimming and switching the lamp.

impact sensors

Impact sensors detect up to 100 parts per second with direct contact, even if they are very light and small. This applies to metallic and non-metallic objects, even under extreme environmental conditions.

Sensitivity and pulse extension can be individually adjusted, resulting in a high level of functional reliability.

Impact sensors are used, among other things, for parts counting in machine ejection or Hageldetektion.
